I have been a Rakuya believer in my family since it first opened before we moved. I love it so much that I don't think there is a more delicious udon restaurant than here. The smiles of the owner and his wife are also really nice. I haven't been able to go there for a few years since I moved, but this time I was able to visit for the first time in a while, and I was about to cry because of the unchanged deliciousness.
