Okayama, Japan｜定食 nacahara

I visited for the first time for lunch (weekday). There are 2 parking spaces in front of the store and 2 parking spaces in the back (north side). I went as soon as it opened (11am), and the place filled up right away. The inside of the store is a little small with only 6 seats at the counter, but it was a very stylish and special space. The style is to purchase a meal ticket immediately after ordering. This time Fried chicken set meal (thigh x 4, breast x 1) Order. After you place your order, the cooking begins slowly and carefully. It took a while, but I waited patiently, watching the owner prepare the food. The food is so beautifully presented that it looks like a piece of art. Let's start with rice. This is intensely delicious. The exquisite hardness and sweetness of each grain. I felt the commitment to rice. And fried chicken. The outside was crispy and the inside was juicy, probably because they took their time frying it in different pots (probably at different temperatures). The breast meat wasn't too dry, it was soft and crispy. The thigh meat was even more tender and juicy, with the juices overflowing. The flavor is also lightly spiced, which I haven't had anywhere else. This will become addictive and the rice will go on. This may be the number one fried chicken I've ever eaten. (Since the systems are a little different, I think the number one fried chicken is the same for me) The other small side dishes and miso soup were also very delicious, with a great deal of attention to detail. It's a little pricey and takes a lot of time, but it's a dish that's more than worth it. I was impressed. I'm full, so next time I'll have 4 pieces of fried chicken. lol The store has a nice atmosphere and the owner and staff are very easy to interact with, so I would definitely come back here again.

There are only 6 seats at the counter, so it depends on your timing, but once you enter, it's a very stylish and nice looking shop. I ate the Aji Fry set meal. I was surprised at the size of Aji Fries⤴️⤴️ I only asked for one piece for each side, but I was completely satisfied 🈵😃✨ Personally, I can eat two pieces🎵 I don't know if I should call it pork soup, but they make it carefully for each person 😋🍴 I personally want to go again❗

The atmosphere of the restaurant and the fried chicken were very delicious. Especially the fried momo was the best! ! One free refill of rice for 4 pieces of fried chicken was also attractive.
