This is my favorite shop that I have been going to for almost 30 years, ever since the main store was in Sasaoki. My recommendation is definitely "Taiwan Ramen". At the Hirai store, I order "super spicy". It's deliciously spicy. For rice dishes, we recommend ``Tianshinhan'', ``Fried rice'', ``Mabohan'', and ``Staminadon''. I think the ``Stamina Don'' is original to the Hirai store. The "fried rice" made by the manager is also super delicious! ``Stir-fried garlic sprouts'' is just one more dish. For weekday lunches, I also like the ``sweet and sour pork'' that can be added at a very low price. This is sour and has lots of green onions on top, making it refreshing to the palate. All the dishes are reasonably priced and are a bit different from so-called Chinese cuisine. At Ajisen, the employees are bright and energetic, and when the floor is busy, whether it's the cook, the manager, or the owner, they take care of the customers as a matter of course, and they never keep customers waiting.It's rare to find such a restaurant. . This is a delicious and honest restaurant. Lastly, I had ``Taiwan Ramen'' at ``Ajisen'' in Nagoya, but as a person from Okayama Prefecture, I definitely think ``Ajisen'' is more delicious. I would like you to try it and compare!

I visited on a Saturday lunchtime. This restaurant is famous for Taiwanese ramen. Small sizes are also available, so you can try them out. You can also choose the spiciness. In addition to Taiwanese ramen, we had fried rice, seafood rice noodles, and fried chicken. I set the spiciness of the Jigoku Stir-Fry to normal, but it was quite spicy. The portions in one plate aren't that large, so if you share it, you'll probably be able to eat about 4 different dishes. There is also raised seating inside the store.

It feels like the contents are more voluminous than the price. The taste is also quite good! ! Taste worth the price. I went there with my family of 4 and for just under 5,000 yen, everyone was satisfied. However, the unit price of each dish is not that cheap, so if you use it as if it were an izakaya, it will probably cost you quite a bit.
