Then put the yolk on top and eat it with nori soy sauce (soy sauce with nori tsukudani). The combination of the fluffy texture of the meringue and the seaweed and soy sauce was exquisite. The base rice and eggs were also delicious. So, I added 60 yen per egg and had a refill of the egg-cooked rice. For 460 yen, I was completely satisfied. There is also a daily lunch menu, with unlimited refills of rice and miso soup for 580 yen, and if you add an egg for 60 yen, you can enjoy it as egg-cooked rice. Nori soy sauce is sold separately for 440 yen. The toilet was in a separate location outside, new and clean. The staff was kind and I would like to go there again.

Order the daily set meal and egg-cooked rice. The price is very reasonable and you get free refills of miso soup and rice. A wonderful place that is delicious and somehow soothing no matter when you go. Speaking of luxury, I wish it were closer to home.
