The soup stock is delicious. Musubi was a little hard! I was completely satisfied.

I think it's the most delicious self udon restaurant I've ever eaten. Not to mention the moderately chewy noodles, the dashi soup and soy sauce are wonderful. Both Kake Udon and Bukkake Zaru have a different taste from other stores, and the flavorful soup stock and soy sauce have a clear umami. Also, the secret menu? The streaks stewed udon is already dangerous. The combination of the savory taste of the tendon and the richness of the dashi stock is sure to break through the heavens. Recommended side dishes are stewed chicken and fried chicken.
