I went to eat the famous hormone udon. To be honest, I'm not a big fan of offal, but it was much more delicious than I expected. I also had the horumon fried rice, which was also delicious. Although it was like a diner, it was a beautiful restaurant. The side dish of pickled plums on the desk was also delicious. There was a parking lot, and the store itself was easy to find.

I arrived before opening on Saturday. There was no one waiting, so I entered the store easily. I was worried that it would be okay, but it was delicious♪ It contains various kinds of hormones and plenty of vegetables. In particular, the crunchy cabbage and offal go perfectly together! Hormones are delicious! I was impressed. The udon noodles were thin, but had a smooth texture and presence, and I was satisfied. Thank you for the meal😋

It was my first time to eat chewy handmade udon noodles! It was so delicious! ! After all, if the noodles that serve as the foundation have power, the quality of the dish will rise.✨✨ The offal udon noodles at other stores were also good, but I'm addicted to the thick noodles here🥰 The horumon manju was also delicious.
