Tsuyama, Okayama, Japan｜Nagomi

I stopped by alone for dinner during a research trip in Tsuyama. The general and the regulars were fun and warmed my heart. Of course, the food is delicious and the price is reasonable ❤️ Hormone udon, the quality of offal is very good! I will definitely visit again the next time I go to Tsuyama! Thank you for the meal.

I went to Tsuyama to eat Tsuyama Horumon Udon, and I had Horumon Udon at Nagomi-san here. Although it's a 2-minute walk from Tsuyama Station, I crossed the road in front of the station and looked for a store in front of a convenience store. A shop where you can line up? Arrived at Tsuyama station after 12:00 on Saturday. Customers seemed to come all at once when the train arrived, and although it was a little dumpling, two people were able to sit at the table seat. The other table was shared by 3 people, and there were about 5 seats at the counter, but 3 people could sit every other one. I ordered another Tsuyama specialty Sozuriyaki set meal for 700 yen, and my partner ordered the promised offal udon (large) for 900 yen. Horumon udon was really delicious with a sweet and spicy sauce. Sozuri is the meat removed from the bone-in meat, and it looks like tendon meat and is a little crunchy. I thoroughly enjoyed Tsuyama's B-grade gourmet.
