I'm from Okayama City, and I've been interested in this place for a while. This time, I had some business nearby so I finally went there. Although I was a little hesitant, I ended up having the hormone udon omelet, and took out several other menu items (mainly for my family). Hormone udon refers to miso sauce, but the hormone udon omelette was based on soy sauce. Like the miso sauce, it had a punch but was refreshing, and the omelet was just the right amount of melty and delicious! We also took out some of the other items (hormone udon, fried rice, and okonomiyaki), and they were all delicious. In particular, the hormone fried rice is very addictive due to its strong seasoning.
