When I decided to go to Tsuyama, I searched for horumon yaki udon and found many restaurants that looked delicious. I couldn't decide between the 1st place restaurant or this 6th place restaurant, so I decided to go with Ishikawaya because it had good reviews. I arrived at the store around 1:30pm on Saturday. I wasn't sure about the parking lot, so I ended up walking around the store, but it seemed like there was a space for 3 or 4 cars on the left side of the store, so I parked there and visited. *Although it seemed possible to stop on the right side of the store or behind the store. . There are old noren curtains and a signboard, and you can't see the inside from the outside, so when you open the door and wonder what kind of shop it is, you'll see a counter seat surrounded by an iron plate right in front of you, and 2 other seats. ~A small space with three tables that can seat four people. Menus are casually posted on the walls, and the smell of delicious sauces wafts through the air. The first customer was a young man who came by motorcycle and was the only one sitting at the counter. The owner asked me to sit at the counter next to him, and he led me to what was probably the number one special seat. There are a lot of things on the menu, but I first ordered the beef liver chunchun-yaki, horumon udon, and bonito tataki, which I was interested in after reading the reviews. What kind of grilling method is Chunchunyaki? As I watched with great interest, I thought that I had dropped some fresh, plump beef liver onto a hot iron plate, and then I immediately turned it over a little with a spatula and it was done. This cooking method is like a divine skill, and you only hear a ``chun-chun'' sound at that moment. So, the surface of the lever will be slightly cooked, but the inside will remain plump. For those who love raw liver, this dish is definitely recommended, and if possible, I would like to eat a portion by myself. While I was eating that, the bonito tataki appeared next. The bonito is topped with a mixture of green onions and garlic so that you can barely see it, and the bonito served with plenty of it on top is truly exquisite. There was no odor at all, and the flavor was unmistakable, considering they were serving it as a standard menu item at a grilled hormone restaurant. Next is the horumon yaki udon. First, lightly stir-fry the fresh-looking offal, then add the vegetables. After lightly stir-frying the noodles, the udon noodles are placed on top, and a generous amount of what appears to be homemade sauce is sprinkled on top.The noodles are loosened and coated with the sauce, and the horumon yaki udon is completed in just a few minutes. The horumon yaki udon was much richer and more flavorful than I expected, and it was completely different from the horumon yaki udon you would find at a pub. This made me pretty full, but I heard that Tsuyama's tamagoyaki was a little different and delicious, so I ordered some more. When I was looking at how to make tamagoyaki, I discovered that by spreading beaten eggs on a griddle and rolling them up in the center, you can make tamagoyaki without the need for an tamagoyaki machine. Complete. When you take a bite, you'll be filled with a sweet eggy taste that you've never tasted before. When I ate this, I thought it was more sweet like castella than tamagoyaki, but since the taste of the sauce from other dishes remained in my mouth, I felt that it neutralized that taste, and this was also very sweet. It was delicious. While we were eating like that, new customers started arriving one after another, and even though it was well past 2 o'clock, the seats were full. The rest of us seemed to be regular customers, and while we were having a friendly chat with the owner, he asked us if it was okay for us to do that today as well. I was ordering food while being asked. It costs about 2,500 yen per person, including the food in the photo and non-alcoholic drinks. I thought it was great to be able to eat such delicious grilled offal and bonito at this price. I'm sure there are many other authentic horumon yaki udon restaurants in Tsuyama, but I don't like it if I eat at another restaurant and miss it, so I'd say I'd like to eat at this restaurant next time. It was such a delicious restaurant that I thought it would be a good idea to visit just to eat grilled hormones. I would like to visit again soon. It was a feast. It was so delicious!

No matter what you eat, it's delicious♪ Especially liver and hormones are superb! If the bonito tataki and sweet omelet are also delicious, I will order them. There are only regulars, but it's fun in an atmosphere where you can talk casually♪ The general is working hard alone, and he will serve the food skillfully and at an amazing speed.
