I took a city bus from Okayama Station to the hinterland of Okayama and had the best sushi experience of my life. I think the big difference between them and other restaurants is that they use large-sized ingredients and elevate them to the level of masterpieces. I thought that larger pieces of meat and sashimi were more delicious, and sushi might be the same way. It has become a sushi restaurant that I definitely want to come back to, to enjoy the owner's easy-going yet respectful personality and the seasonal ingredients.
