I love okonomiyaki and eat it all the time, and it's the best I've ever eaten. It's a taste I've never had before even in Osaka. It's fragrant on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I tried adding baking powder myself to make it fluffy, but I couldn't reproduce it. I like Osaka-style okonomiyaki, pork, squid, shrimp, fat cake, meat scraps, and sujikon. My family who doesn't eat okonomiyaki only goes here. I recommend the dashi soup. The master's personality is fun, and the taste is so delicious that you won't get tired of it even if you eat it every day.
