I had the Sichuan-style spicy miso ramen. My body warmed up with just the right amount of spiciness. Very satisfied with plenty of char siu!

This is a ramen shop at Michinoeki in Okutsu Onsen. The shop is a small hut-like shop where you buy a meal ticket and sit and wait until you are called. I ordered the Sichuan spicy miso ramen. The noodles are straight and slippery. The vegetables are crispy. It was spicy and very delicious!

Just like the owner's personality, the taste is very gentle. Sichuan has a punch. 😤 I highly recommend you stop by on your way back from the sea or the mountains 🎵 It's the best! ️😁
