This is the first store I went to. On Saturday, I suddenly asked for a group, but they accepted and were very helpful! ! The shop has a small atmosphere. I guess there are 5 or 6 counter seats and a tatami room that can seat about 10 people. The store manager is so cool that you can feel that he loves Nagabuchi. For meat lovers, the food was plentiful, with everything from beef and chicken sashimi to grilled meat! ! Hormone udon tastes good too! ! I want to go again! ! It was a shop that made me think! ! Sorry to bother you, but really It was a feast! !

It's a small shop, but I was able to enjoy the sight of horumon udon being cooked on a griddle right in front of me at the counter. The offal is also made into thick chunks, cooked to the perfect degree without being overcooked, and is an excellent skill. When the original sauce is taken out of the jar and poured over the udon noodles in a circular motion, it's juicy! Along with the sound, the aroma of complex umami ingredients rises from the iron plate, and whether you like it or not, it whets your appetite. They also serve lunch, so I'd like to stop by again.
