This is a yakiniku restaurant that has been operating for over 50 years in Minami Niiza, Tsuyama City. It's a great restaurant run by a mom who creates a very friendly atmosphere, and it's always fun and delicious no matter how many times I come. The meat comes from Sugiya Butcher Shop, a famous restaurant in Tsuyama that attracts customers from all over the San'in region for its dried meat. Definitely death!! ️

Yakiniku at Misono-san, who has been on my mind for a long time ♥️ It was a weekday, but I went after making a reservation in advance. I'm glad that there is a parking lot right next to the shop. When I entered the store, I was greeted by a bright and cheerful mama. After entering the store, there was a table seat on the left side and a sunken kotatsu seat on the right side, and I was guided to the sunken kotatsu seat. The sunken kotatsu seat is nice because it's easy on your feet and you can relax. Immediately, I ordered okaku, tongue, salt tongue, kashira, shinzo, offal, wiener, rice, namul (three types), and bibimbap. The tongue has just the right amount of thickness and is filling enough. Oak is very soft and has just the right amount of fat and is delicious. I order and eat kashira (tsurami) if it's crunchy, but it's also delicious. I wanted to ask for chijimi, but it was a pity that reservations were required. If you want to eat Chijimi, please make a reservation. The sauce is miso-based and has a normal sauce and a spicy sauce, and this sauce is also delicious. Rice is going on. Yukhoe was delicious too ✨ I was very satisfied with my full meal. I was worried because I was alone yakiniku, but the owner was a friendly person and helped me. It was delicious.
