I went on a trip to Lake Hamana in Shizuoka Prefecture. On the way, I stopped at a roadside station and ordered and ate a bowl of whitebait and raw seaweed, which I had always wanted to try. It was delicious with the aroma of the ocean from the raw seaweed and the strong seasoning. The whitebait was also large and could be eaten without any soy sauce seasoning. The best. 😊

I visited after 13:00 on the last Sunday in October. Shirasu-don and seaweed soba on the terrace overlooking the Pacific Ocean are the best o(^o^)o There is also a footbath near the terrace seats, so it is a roadside station where you can enjoy it slowly.
