Friendly service and eel grilled on the spot, so this takes time. It is well worth the wait though, the shirayaki eel is sweet, fluffy, crispy, perfect. The grilled eel on rice is great too. I think the only improvement I can suggest is for the rice which could be fluffier. The tea is also delicious, more than you would expect of a restaurant. And so are the grilled eel innards.

This is the most delicious eel restaurant I've ever eaten. When this one was sold out and I couldn't eat it, I went to a nearby restaurant with good reviews that I looked up online, but Arisu's was better. This time I really wanted to eat Arisu's eel, so I parked my car in the parking lot and waited about 20 minutes before the restaurant opened. You will have to wait for a while as the food is baked after ordering, but as you wait, a delicious aroma will come into the store, increasing your anticipation. It's on the left immediately after exiting the Mikkabi Interchange. Kansai-style eel jus are delicious, but shirayaki is also delicious and recommended.
