I had the whitebait bowl set with raw oysters, grilled oysters, and Hamamatsu gyoza. It has plenty of whitebait and the rice is cooked to just the right degree, and it tastes refreshing and full of umami on its own, but when you add soy sauce, the flavor deepens and is delicious. The oysters were from Hokkaido, and both raw and grilled were delicious. It's a great store that you'll want to visit again.

The atmosphere is simple, like an oyster hut, but the oysters were excellent both grilled and raw. The customer service was also very polite, and I was able to enjoy the meal happily. When you come to Hamamatsu, it is a shop you want to repeat.
