I ate eel sashimi and eel bowl. I was worried about how heavy the eel would be, but I ended up spending 1,000 yen. tears. At this price, is it No1? It was plump, juicy, and the rice was delicious. Liver juice too! Sashimi is protein and I couldn't tell the difference. I ate it in many different ways. Is it ponzu after all? shallot? It was also delicious when I rolled it up and ate it. A comment said it was numb, but it's probably Momiji Sei. Please try it yourself.

Since I came all the way to Hamamatsu, I wanted to try an eel restaurant, so I ended up at this restaurant. The exterior is showing its age, so I was a little hesitant. The noren had already been removed, but when I asked for it, they happily put it back in. I wanted to eat eel sashimi as well as unaju, so I ordered it, but unfortunately it was sold out...Since I had a chance, I ordered umaki. By the way, the Unajyu is a large serving. The eel had just the right amount of tenderness and was more plump than it looked. The sauce was surprisingly smooth. This was also delicious. The eel rolls were freshly made, so they went well with the dashimaki tamago. As long as I had the Umaki, the rice was normal and sufficient. While we were enjoying our delicious meal, the hostess asked us to prepare some sashimi for us. I was very impressed with this. Since it was eel, I expected it to be quite fatty, but it wasn't greasy at all, and it didn't have the bland taste of fugu, so it was a taste I had never experienced before. It seems to become addictive. The price was also reasonable. If I'm in the area again, I'd definitely like to stop by. Thank you for the meal!
