I honestly can't believe how good this place is, the owner and chef is the most passionate and proud chefs we've ever met. They use local ingredients as much as they can and you can really taste how fresh absolutely everything is. They serve incredibly luxurious takes on common Japanese meals, as well as seasonal specials and dishes using locally hunted deer and wild boar. We've had venison prepared by the chef of this restaurant and it was some of the best meat we've ever had. Make sure to say hello and thank you to the chef when you visit, he obviously loves making people happy! The size of meal you get for the price is amazing, you won't leave this place unsatisfied. There's tons of choice too, so there's something for everyone. The food here is better than most people could even imagine in their minds I think.
