Although the business hours are irregular (because they run out of soba and udon noodles), when I stopped by this time, the store had already closed and I called out to them as I was getting into my car, and I was surprised and grateful to receive an OK. Since the soba noodles were sold out, I was told that they would be able to make udon noodles. Because the noodles are very chewy, some people may have mixed opinions about the waiting time and texture, but I'm satisfied.

A restaurant I often pass by but never get to eat at. Originally, it was a restaurant that customers told us was delicious. Soba on weekdays, udon on weekends. They made it with care, and I can't eat it without thanking them. We recommend it to customers who are looking for a delicious soba restaurant!

I had the himokawa udon tororo rice bowl set, but the udon was not chewy at all. The compatibility with the soup was outstanding, and the remaining soup was also delicious. Is tororo mackerel? A little different? Either way it's delicious! I arrived at noon on Sunday, but I was worried that the first customer was vacant for one person and two groups, but I was very satisfied and decided to come again. There are 3 table seats for 6 people in the store, and if the weather is fine, you can also use the table seats outside. Next time, I'd like to have 100% soba.
