A Japanese restaurant along the Kanzanji Highway. You can feel the history in the signboards and curtains. Inside the store, there are about 4 tables with a counter and horigotatsu. The regular customers and the owner are naturally exchanging voices over the counter, and the scenery relaxes them. I appreciate that all seats are non-smoking during lunch time. Anyway, I would like to ask you to stop smoking all day. At lunchtime, you can eat tempura or tendon for 1,000 yen. It was reasonably priced and the wet towel was a nice towel. Rice, red miso soup, tempura sauce, and freshly fried tempura. A heaping amount of tempura. I was completely overwhelmed. Perilla, shiitake mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, shrimp, kisu, onions, pumpkins... 8 to 10 items were served. The batter is quite firm and slightly oily. Tentsuyu had a slight citrus-like sourness. It's different from just sweet and spicy. The rice is slightly firm and nice cooked. The general and his wife were both smiley and bright, and the atmosphere was nice and peaceful. In the car on the way home, I could smell the oil from myself, but it's a taste that includes the lingering scent. .

After ordering, it was fried quickly and came out immediately. it was delicious.

The fire is perfectly cooked. Shrimp Puri! For lunch, I had a tempura set meal, 1000 yen including tax. The tempura is in a tenju-like container, and I didn't expect much, but it's delicious. The shrimp doesn't taste like oil, and the cooking condition is exquisite and plump. I asked the owner about the fish tempura, but I forgot the name, but it's also good. The pumpkin is thick and looks like a chestnut! However, I don't really like tentsuyu, and the grated daikon radish that goes into the tentsuyu is hidden at the edge of the box. It might be better to eat it with salt.
