This is a restaurant with French cuisine that is hard to find in Hamamatsu, a building reminiscent of an old European castle, and a wonderful interior! ️ It seems that the chef has changed as well, and the food has changed considerably from before. I have never eaten at a store, but the other day I saw a stall at a plaza in front of Oimachi Station in Shinagawa Ward, so I bought a vegetable parfait. It looked and tasted wonderful, with layers of very delicious vegetable mousse layered on top of grains, and topped with a salad that included edible flowers. Only 500 yen. Even 1200 yen is cheaper.
