Best unajyu I've had so far. Cooked to order with flaky, tender eel and charred skin. Sweet and umami soy sauce was impeccable. Rice was perfectly soft but chewy. Accompanied by some pickles and delicious eel soup. Definitely visit if you go to Ryotanji or Ryugashi Cavern

A restaurant that is so delicious that you want to go to this eel restaurant whenever you can when you come to Hamamatsu. I think it's good to say that I'm going to eat here together with Ryutanji Temple and Ryugashido Cave, so I don't have any trouble parking the parking lot. When I arrived after 12:00, which is the most popular time, I waited for a while, but it was about 15 minutes. The shop has both chair seats and tatami seats. As for the dishes, the burning aroma will stimulate your appetite. It's delicious anyway. I ordered and ate takeout during the corona sickness, but I'm happy to be able to eat the taste of the store at home. (I can't find a picture of Unaju, only a takeout picture)
