One of the best places to visit in Shizuoka Prefecture and for a good reason, it's the best meat place in town and probably in whole Japan, very recommended!

During dinner, my wife said, ``Let's go to Sawayaka!'', so we visited from Nagoya. Actually, I had been checking the crowd status on the web page since noon, including at other stores, but it was showing things like 300 minute wait times... However, when I checked in the evening, there was only a 15 minute wait, so I decided to come in right away. There are many different kinds of hamburgers in the world, but Sawayaka's hamburgers are the ``Sawayaka's hamburgers.'' It's obvious, but... When I visited and ate for the first time, I thought, ``Hmm,'' but as time went on, I started thinking, ``I want to eat a refreshing hamburger.'' Recently, there have been an increase in the number of restaurants offering Sawayaka-style rare hamburgers, but Sawayaka's hamburgers are in a class of their own. It's not greasy, but it's not dry, it's a hamburger that has a "just right" feel. In particular, the onion sauce goes very well with the meat, making it crunchy. Some of the refreshing rare hamburgers at other restaurants are too oily, which can cause heartburn the next day as you get older. However, Sawayaka's hamburgers are delicious and friendly to people of all ages. Thank you for the meal. I would like to visit you again. thank you!

It is a refreshing place located on the most mountain side of Toyohashi, and if you come from Aichi Prefecture, you will have to pass through a mountain pass. Before going home on the last day of the Idolmaster Cinderella Girls collaboration, I went straight in from Atsuta Shrine. I arrived at around 18:27 on a weekday and waited for an hour, but the actual wait time was 19:40. Like Hamakita, there seems to be a bit of a wait here as well. I ordered a Genkotsu hamburger steak for the first time in a while because it was part of the Genkotsu hamburger club. The taste is a stable and refreshing hamburger. The kitchen and cash register are very close together, and you can watch the food being prepared even while waiting to pay, so you can enjoy it while you wait. What's worth mentioning is that the service from the staff was particularly good, and even when they were dealing with customers sitting next to me, they brought me dessert right after the meal. When you order a Kanpai drink, whether you're alone or visiting someone, they'll do the Kanpai for you (I've done it for other solo customers as well). Parking is relatively easy as there are parking lots 1 at the store, a 2nd parking lot next door on uneven ground, and a 3rd parking lot across the road. The disadvantages are that unlike other Sawayakas, it is located on the outskirts of town, so it is difficult to kill time while waiting for a long time, and the road is fairly narrow and two-way traffic, so it is not suitable for large family cars.
