I used it for lunch. I lined up before the store opened and was the first to receive Unajutake. All the seats are tatami-style seats, and the surrounding area is all glass, so you can see Lake Hamana and the bridge beautifully, and the scenery is very good. Tea and bone crackers come out as soon as you ask. Perhaps because there were no other customers, the food came out in less than 20 minutes after I ordered it. Although it is open on the back, it is grilled only Kansai style, and the sauce is mildly sweet. The skin was crispy and fragrant, the meat was thick and fluffy, and it was very delicious. I was a little concerned about the bones since I usually get steamed ones from the Kanto region, but it wasn't so bad that I found it difficult to eat. There are two types of Japanese pepper to choose from: milled and bottled, so I chose the milled type and it had a great scent. I came to Lake Hamana and wanted to eat delicious eel, so I was very satisfied. Thank you for the meal.
