The shop where you can eat Mr. Chen's mapo tofu in Hamamatsu is located at Hamamatsu SA on the upbound side of the Shin-Tomei Expressway. There are several Kenichi Chen Mabo tofu stores in Tokyo and other parts of Japan, but it's a long way to go, even in Hamamatsu. Sometimes I want to try that flavor, so I looked for it, and then I found it in a service area. I did. The important taste depends on the individual's eating style and spiciness preference, but I like to eat it with mapo tofu over rice like curry. This is also a flavor that I love, and I thought, ``Yeah, this is it. It tastes just like Mr. Chen's Mapo Tofu Shop.'' Sometimes when I feel like eating, I go to the local parking lot from the public road. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to eat in Hamamatsu without having to go all the way to Tokyo.
