More Comments at Google MapI used it for the first time. The Tsuta no Fuchi set meal came with warm soba noodles and was very delicious and very satisfying. It was run by the town, so local ladies were busy running it. I would like to visit again because of the very warm atmosphere. Even though we are in the same prefecture, 2 hours is far away😅
The best udon noodles! This is the strongest udon from the Higashi Mikawa udon culture. Since I wasn't that hungry, I thought udon would be a good idea and went to the ticket machine. In fact, its appearance is quite simple. It's not particularly fancy or has any extra ingredients, it's just a normal udon. By the way, the ticket vending machine says ``kake udon,'' but it actually falls under the Higashi Mikawa notation ``kake udon,'' which has green onions, fried tofu, dried bonito, etc. on top. First of all, the udon noodles are soft, but not squishy or lumpy, with some firmness remaining. And the soup is so strong that it feels like a punch of bonito soup hits you in the nose. Furthermore, the dried bonito flakes emit the scent of bonito flakes into the air, just like steam. When you slurp the noodles and include the soup, you'll be hit hard by this hearty, dark bonito-based udon. It's delicious. It's the strongest. This time it's a big serving! If you like dark eyes, this is definitely a must-try.
It was delicious 😋 I'll try a different meal next time 🍚
