Tremendously delicious Soba

It's been a long time since I've had soba noodles in early summer where I can enjoy the aroma of soba noodles. On the first day of Golden Week, four of us visited the restaurant 5 minutes before it opened. It was served in about 20 minutes with conger eel, grated shrimp, duck, and tempura udon. Soba soup is thicker and less sweet. I eat it with salt, so I had the pink (rock) salt that comes with the tempura. You can enjoy the aroma of coarsely ground soba noodles, and every time you bite into it, you can taste the coarsely ground soba berries. I was so obsessed with soba that I delayed eating the tempura, but it was crispy. We recommend mixing chopped green onions, freshly grated wasabi, and spicy daikon radish with soba water to make a soup. I'll visit you again. Thank you for the meal🤤

A clean soba restaurant. Grandpa sat outside for a while and welcomed us. I ate warm soba noodles, but it was a bit on the strong side...I was satisfied with the amount. On Saturdays and Sundays, it was written that only noodles were served, but the customer service was polite.
