I went there several times. I ordered a boar yakiniku set meal every time, but this time I ordered an eel bowl set meal. I really like to order and bring it from the fish tank and go to the kitchen in front of me. I want to go again.

About 10 minutes from Takane Castle. You can park your bicycle in the gravel lot in front of the store or in the parking lot for guesthouse guests next to the store. The menu has a wide variety for game lovers. All the previous customers ordered Unaju, so I ordered Unadon (Unaju). First bite wins 🏅🏆! Delicious rice with thick fluffy eel. The sauce has just the right amount of sweetness and thickness, and you can really feel the roasted aroma. I have a preference for eel, so it's difficult, but it's much tastier than other restaurants around the country!! It was a two hour tour, but it was worth it (⁠✿⁠^⁠‿⁠^⁠)! It seems that the raw fish is cut after receiving the order. After the meal, I asked him to show me the inside of Ikesu. It seems that it is vulnerable to environmental differences, and the temperature is controlled by a heater in winter and a cooler in summer. Even on the day of our visit, when the roads were often frozen, the ikesu was covered with foam. Deer and wild boar are good, but next time is eel,,, (⁠✷⁠‿⁠✷⁠)

This is a small guesthouse and restaurant located deep in the mountains, but you can enjoy deer and wild boar dishes for lunch at a reasonable price. I had the deer tataki and the grilled boar meat, and first of all, the quantity was amazing. The rice is served in a bowl, and the meat is about 1.5 servings, so I'm not forgiving. It had no taste or smell and was delicious. However, deer tataki is not thawed, so it is a little harsh in winter. However, I would like to try the boar hotpot next time at this precious restaurant.
