Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, Japan｜酔留

My favorite neighborhood ramen shop. It's delicious no matter what I eat, but I like Tenshinhan the most. Mr. Suirome's tenshin rice is topped with sweet and sour bean paste. If you collect 10 pieces, you can get small dumplings (8 pieces) for free. The sweet and sour pork in the photo is after a little separation.

I wasn't expecting much from the outside, but it tastes pretty good. In particular, dumplings are among the top 3 in Hamamatsu as a standard type.

The Tenshin rice with bean paste (Kansai style?) with vinegar is delicious, which is not common in Hamamatsu!
