The ginger-grilled meat was unbelievably tender and the sauce was well coated with potato starch. delicious. Hirekatsu is the same, but they use good quality pork. The variety of side dishes is incredibly healthy. The rice is from Shizuoka Prefecture and is delicious without any of the smells you get at cheap set meal restaurants. It's expensive, but considering what you get, I think it's a set meal restaurant with great value for money. I would like to come back and try other set meals.

It's even more delicious when you eat it with the smooth roux😋 Curry with less stimulation feels a little unsatisfactory, but it might be good for me who is health-conscious 😊 If you don't have enough, you can change it to your liking by adding sauce or soy sauce on the table.
