Fukuroi, Shizuoka, Japan｜Ajisuke Asaba

I got the ramen with the name of the shop. Ajitama, seaweed, char siu, all of them were delicious to my liking. It was also good to break the kimchi from the top and taste it. I drank up the soup too.

I visited for the first time in decades at around 11:40 on a Sunday. Since I was alone, I bought a meal ticket and was guided to the counter where there were two other customers. I guess the counter seats 6 people? There are 2 table seats in the back. The staff is rejuvenated and responsive and friendly. A large bowl of tsukemen was served in about 5 minutes. Although it was soy sauce, it was so addictive that it wasn't enough. I felt it was more delicious than Kakegawa or Fukuroi. I wonder what I'll eat next time.

I didn't have time to come to the store, but this was my first visit since the renovation. I always eat delicious food at the Fukuroi store, so I was relieved that the taste remained the same.
