The noodles are straight and chewy 🍜 I don't know much about ramen so I can't say much about it, but I thought the noodles were very delicious. The toppings are separate, so you can enjoy the deliciousness of ramen first, and then add toppings and eat it. The char siu was also very soft and delicious, and the chicken char siu was really tender and surprising!
