I went here for the second time. The food is good, this is a buffet restaurant, eat all you can, but self service except for the pizza and pasta, you can order it thru their tablet. Also affordable price. 👍

Cheaper on weekdays, Tartaruga has all you can eat buffet with a wide variety of options and no time limit, making it perfect for families with children and for those who feel portion sizes in Japan run on the smaller end. As it slogan indicates, the atmosphere is very relaxing. I've gone there many many times, especially for the pasta options (which you can order as much as you like) and the seasonal ice cream flavors.
