Fukuroi, Shizuoka, Japan｜味匠 弐

I visited this restaurant for lunch. I ordered a bowl of rice topped with a seafood for 1100 yen and a sashimi platter for 550 yen. The sashimi was very thick and had a wonderful flavor and chewy texture. It’s hard to find a restaurant can offer this quality at this price! The quality of the interior, lighting, and background music was high, and the time spent waiting to enjoy the food while chatting with the friendly owner was wonderful.

I had a seafood bowl for lunch. Large portions are free, but the normal portion was good. You can choose between regular rice and vinegared rice. There are plenty of ingredients. The red miso soup was also delicious.

No matter how many times you come here, the creative dishes change every day (?), and maybe there's a daily menu? I interpret it as a diary, and write my own ``favorite restaurant'' that is ``an izakaya (I don't want to call it a kappo restaurant) that doesn't betray you'' ❣ Like last time, I ordered the udon, tea soba, and non-alcoholic (cocktail?) again because there was no betrayal. I thought the appetizers, boiled fish, sashimi, and shrimp looked pretty good, so I ordered two dishes. It must have been popular, as there was only one dish available. The other items were also without any betrayal. (However, Fukuroi City has a bit of a betrayal against me.) However, when it comes to restaurants, Fukuroi City has many good restaurants in a wide area, and Enshu Sanzan is also where I can express my feelings. It was a blissful moment for the family, and the manager was humble, and the dishes were all delicious and good, showing the manager's thoughtfulness. It's really an izakaya, but I guess you could also call it a modern izakaya (set meal restaurant, kappo restaurant) (in keeping with the social trend after the coronavirus pandemic). Even when making a selection, I think about the types, unknown flavors, and even the names of the meals on the menu, which makes me want to try it... While we were waiting for our food, we thought it was free, but there was an ``appetizer'' (?), which is similar to the ``kappo restaurant'' I mentioned earlier. Then, we ordered 5 types of dishes and 2 types of soft drinks. I believe the five dishes were ``Inaniwa udon,'' ``Tea soba,'' ``Steamed clams in sake,'' ``(I forgot) what's the head of what's boiled?'' and ``(What's what?) Chirashi sushi.'' , There are a lot of them all, The soft drinks were ``(I believe) green tea'' and ``(non-alcoholic) cocktail-like drink, I forgot the name.'' While eating 5 kinds of dishes, I hydrated myself with these drinks... I ate it (actually, I was feeling a bit of a culture shock as I ate it all over the place, so I expressed it this way). [It's a try] It was truly an original dish and the portions were large, so we ended up going with two people and we were all hungry. I'm already satisfied and want to eat more, but we're both overflowing... With this, I think the total cost was about 8,000 yen, but I think it's completely satisfying for the cost performance (although that's just my opinion). It's a little close to the JR station and within walking distance, There is also lunch (?) It's an unusual izakaya restaurant, with a stylish name (I'm sorry to say this, but I'm sorry), but I think it's perfect for old men, or even a girls' night out... It was the store I expected.
