I ate Unajuage. It was crispy and fragrant when baked, and the sweet sauce was very delicious☺ You can see the scenery of Kanaya and Shimada from the shop. The tatami room was spacious and I had a relaxing time. The liver soup is delicious, and the mozuku vinegar is refreshing. Grilled liver requires a reservation a few days in advance, so next time I would like to make a reservation in advance.

Since it's word of mouth, there are pros and cons. It was my favorite store. I ordered the top eel, and as others have commented, there was a preface that said, "It will take a little time." While I was looking at the spectacular scenery and looking inside the restaurant, the food arrived. A delicious eel dish~ The taste was sweet and spicy, the flesh was fluffy, but the skin was crispy and very delicious. I think this price is too good for this quality. The owner of the shop was Zac Balan, but it didn't look strangely classy, ​​and it felt like a local housewife, so it was comfortable. Parking is available along the road. I visited in the afternoon on a weekday, so there were only a few customers, but I think that's why I was able to enjoy my meal in a relaxed atmosphere.
