Full score after a long time. All of them are delicious, but personally, the bolognese is the best. This level was pretty good. It has a moderate viscosity, salty taste, and strong meaty flavor, making it just the right amount of cheese. After talking with the master, I understood the secret behind the deliciousness of the meat. I ended up running out of money, but I was lucky to have Omaezaki's grilled bonito carpaccio arranged for me. The child was eating without hesitation. We had 3 people take time out of their busy schedules, and they were kind to the kids. It's a location that makes you want to go for seafood and izakaya, but you can't miss this restaurant in Omaezaki where you can also enjoy fish.

Ordered an appetizer platter, meat sauce fettuccine, sauteed golden sea bream, stewed beef shoulder, and dessert. Everything was very delicious, but the braised beef shoulder was especially delicious because it was tender. The staff at the store were nice and the store was comfortable.
