I entered the store as soon as it opened on weekday afternoons. There is a parking lot in front of the store for several cars, but it is not deep so be careful. I was a little earlier than the opening time, but the owner opened the store, so I went straight in and ordered the recommended menu, ``Pork Udon.'' It was delivered shortly after, and the udon noodles, which were surprisingly chewy, were the perfect match for the soup stock, which was rich in flavor and had a strong flavor that you couldn't imagine from its pale color! The pork is also mildly seasoned, and breaking the egg yolk in the middle of the dish makes it milder, but the flavor of the soup doesn't dilute and you can enjoy it till the end, which is strange. I wish the price was a little lower... The interior of the store has a homely atmosphere, cleanliness, and customer service that is perfect, so if you have the chance, you'll want to visit again.

I had been passing by the store for work and was curious about it, but since my wife and I were shopping nearby, we decided to stop by. I was a little cold from the rain that day, so I ordered Kotohira Curry Udon. I enjoyed the soupy curry and chewy Sanuki udon, and finally mixed it with rice and had the curry porridge, which warmed my body. I also enjoyed the friendly customer service from the store staff. I will also drop by.

The udon is cheap, starting at 580 yen due to the popular interior and menu, but the udon tastes surprisingly authentic! The three-dimensional flavor of the soup stock is amazing! I wonder if I have ever eaten such delicious udon. This might be what the famous Kagawa restaurant tasted like. He says he makes dashi every day. The udon noodles were also said to be freshly made using flour from a small flour mill in Kagawa. The ham potekatsu and tempura were freshly fried and crispy and delicious. We also had self-service coffee and barley tea. It also says, ``Even though it's an udon restaurant, the pork bowl is popular!'' So I'd like to try the pork bowl next time. I'll visit you again!
