If you're alone, there's a counter, but it wasn't very hospitable, so it was hard to treat you like a first-timer. I can understand the complaints from the neighbors because the parking lot is narrow, but I'm a little disappointed with the sign that says "Let me read" if you parked properly at the entrance.
