This is a soba restaurant that I've been coming to eat at since I was a child. As someone who doesn't like shrimp, I have always chosen ``shrimp tempura''! Of course, even in the middle of winter, there is a ``colander''. I've never seen the menu, so I don't know what's on the menu. Tempura is also very delicious.

I love Azumi's gozen here! 🌟 Although the portions are small, this menu includes a variety of dishes. Although it is said to be a small amount, it is not unsatisfactory, Soba hot water will make you feel relaxed and satisfied! A nice set that also comes with a small snack. It's about 1,100 yen, which is good! Soba is also very delicious, The tempura here has a thin batter and is the best 🍤! I visited because I wanted to eat rural soba in Shinshu. I ate tempura and oyaki. Soba noodles are thick, short, and chewy, and are the opposite of Edomae-style soba. It has a gentle taste that reminds you of the countryside of Nagano Prefecture. There was also a lot of tempura, and I was especially surprised by how sweet the sweet potato tempura, which is native to Mikata, was. I heard that they have been letting it sit and age since last fall. As expected, it has a deep flavor. I was able to come across a good store. Thank you for the meal.
