Shimada, Shizuoka's well-known store "Menya Tsubame" can be eaten at Tomei Expressway Makinohara SA (^^) “Menya Tsubame” has become a splendid company with about 10 stores in the prefecture, not limited to the frame of an individual popular ramen shop. It's amazing that the company has grown so much in just under 20 years! On this day, we were traveling on the Tomei Expressway, so we had lunch at Makinohara SA♪ I've been thinking that I want to use "Menya Tsubame" here someday. It's been years since I ate at the main store. It's been a long time since I've seen "Menya Tsubame". I decided to have the soy sauce ramen. Will the taste decline as the chain expands? I was worried, but this shop seems to maintain quality. The soup is free of chemical seasonings, making the best use of the taste of the ingredients. Noodles are thin straight noodles, chewy and delicious noodles ♪ I like the simple taste I'm happy that this level of ramen can be eaten at SA! I recommend it (^-^)/

Ordered green onion spicy salt ramen with flavored egg topping. The soup is light but has deep flavor and spices. The noodles were thin and the soup mixed well and was very delicious.
