Today's Juwari Soba (made in Maruoka, Fukui Prefecture) was extremely flavorful and delicious! ------- Today's Nihachi Soba, Shimane Prefecture Sanpei, was fragrant and delicious! As expected, the soba soup at this restaurant is sweet and delicious! ! ------- It's located deep in the mountains of Kakegawa City, and there are some very narrow mountain roads along the way, which makes me worried (bitter smile).As of August 2020, some roads were impassable due to landslides. I arrived before business hours, but they kindly asked me to wait inside...and showed me the inside of the store, which is a renovated private house from 100 years ago. It's a very nice atmosphere. There were two types of Nihachi soba and one type of Juwari soba, but as recommended by the staff...we ordered three types and it was just the right amount for two people. Nihachi was very smooth and chewy and delicious. The 100 percent was very fragrant and delicious, and even though there were some white grains left, they weren't gooey, and although they were thin for a 100 percent, they didn't break into pieces and were delicious. I was surprised at how delicious the soba soup was! ! It's different from the soba soup in Tokyo, but it's a little sweeter, but the soup stock worked well and it was amazing! ! The soba zenzai was also delicious with a gentle flavor. The soba tea they served at the beginning was so delicious that I ended up buying some on the way home (lol). The only disappointing thing is...is the wasabi a ready-made product? It was like that. Everything else was perfect! !

The production area of ​​soba noodles changes depending on the season, but this time, the raw flour is native to Okuibuki.
