I think it's a cafeteria for people in the village around here and it's like a supermarket. Before noon, there are elderly single people who buy some oden, and there are people who take a break from the city on the road bike hill climb course. Bamboo shoots in spring, oden all year round, especially konnyaku, which are harvested in local fields, are delicious when eaten with handmade miso. So-called Shizuoka oden, but instead of bonito flakes and aonori sprinkles, it is served with yuzu miso in a dengaku style. There is a cafeteria next to the shop, and the tempura soba is a specialty, so I eat it with other side dishes and other dishes. Both oden and soba are sold out at noon, so call ahead and make a reservation. I'm not a big fan of tempura soba because I don't like the thick, crumbly texture, but when everyone looks delicious, it makes me want to eat it. A lady in the neighborhood has been doing it for a long time with the same lineup, and when I asked her how to make yuzu miso, she generously taught me the tricks. They are people who can share the craftsmanship that they want to buy but want to make, and they plan to come back in the spring and have a bike practice.

Mom's homely shop When you go deep into the mountains, you probably often see shops run by local mothers, and this shop is one of those shops. The wife of the farmer probably makes all kinds of things and brings them to the shop. It's difficult to get there, and the roads are narrow, but there are large buses passing by, so I'm a little afraid of what will happen if I can't pass each other on the way. However, the store is right off the wide road, so you don't have to worry about it too much. The parking lot is larger than I expected and can accommodate many cars. There are quite a lot of customers, and locals seem to come here to eat and shop. Here, in front of the store, vegetables, mushrooms, and bamboo shoots from nearby farmers are sold at very low prices. However, only seasonal items are available. There are other dried shiitake mushrooms available, but I highly recommend these dried shiitake mushrooms because they are cheap. We also sell long-lasting pickled plums, homemade yuzu miso, and dried daikon radish. Other than that, oden, soba, konjac, takikomi rice, tempura, and boiled thick inaka soba noodles are also sold at relatively low prices. The oden is similar to Shizuoka oden, but it is original in that it is served with miso. If you want to take it out, they will wrap it tightly so there is no leakage. I recommend the tempura and konnyaku. Tempura is sold in season. The konnyaku is firm and chewy, and the texture is completely different from the manufacturer's product. In winter, you can buy daikon radish and konnyaku here and eat them as furofuki daikon. It's recommended because you can buy local vegetables, wild plants, shiitake mushrooms, dried shiitake mushrooms, pickled plums, and other things that your mother made for cheaper than at the agricultural cooperative farmers market in town.

I stopped by on my way home from Tochizawa cherry blossoms. I've been wondering about it for a long time. Bamboo shoots were cheap (about 1/3 of the market). The rice cakes, red rice, and side dishes that I bought home looked delicious. It seems to be quite popular, and there are many people coming and going. A toilet is attached.
