Fujieda, Shizuoka, Japan｜il Buco

This is my first visit to the store. I had the Akiyama beef (Japanese black beef) course for lunch for 4,500 yen. The shop was casual, and since it was a weekday, most of the customers were older women. Maybe it's because it feels like home and the customer service is kind. The food was very enjoyable, starting from the appetizers, and everything was delicious. The focaccia was a little salty and was great. The pasta, which you can choose from two types, had an exquisite taste, especially the sauce. The main course of beef was so tender that I thought it was better not to put anything on it. Next time I would like to try the pork course.

I used it for dinner with my mom's friends and family. It's a very stylish and comfortable restaurant ^^ All the dishes are exquisite and show the chef's careful work while making the best use of the ingredients! I definitely want to go again soon.

I heard that he was entering the Fujieda C-Class Gourmet Grand Prix, so I visited him for lunch to try some of the dishes he was participating in. The main course is pork cutlet, appetizer, salad, focaccia, and drink for 1,800 yen. The appetizers not only look gorgeous, but they are all elaborate and delicious. In addition to being freshly baked, the focaccia is crispy on the outside and soft and delicious on the inside. The cutlet is said to be made from Mangen pork, and it's very soft and goes perfectly with the buffalo mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce, arugula, and parsley sauce. It was delicious! The wagyu steak and pasta also looked delicious, so I'd like to try them next time. It's great that the parking lot is large even though it's relatively close to the station.
