I went on a weekday around noon. There are two or three parking spaces in front of the store, and several parking spaces diagonally across. I was able to enter the store easily without lining up. When you enter the store, the first floor looks like a grilling area, with wood for a bonfire set up. The sound of crackling fire, the scent of wood, and the sound of running water create an atmosphere. The second floor will be used as a cooking area and seating area. The inside of the room is black, probably due to the soot from the bonfire on the first floor, giving it a historical feel. Eating a meal with a bit of smoke coming in due to the wind currents was a special experience. I ordered the Yamame set meal and wild boar skewer. You can enjoy all of the yamame sashimi, fried chicken, simmered dishes, and grilled dishes. The sashimi is sweet, and the fried chicken is dipped in tartar sauce. Boiled and grilled dishes can be eaten whole, starting from the head, and the seasoning is rich and elegant. There is no odor typical of river fish. The garnished pickles were also seasoned with good flavor and the rice didn't get wet. It's quite voluminous and will fill you up just by itself. Boar skewers are greasy, so they may take away the flavor of the yamame trout. I think the best time to eat it is at the end. Since I was driving, I didn't drink alcohol, but the menu seemed to have a lot of variety, and I thought I'd have a great time drinking here.The restaurant not only had a good taste, but also a nice atmosphere. There seems to be a hot spring nearby, so I would like to go there as many times as I have the chance.

It was a great place! It was just after 2pm on a sunny Sunday, so the place was empty. The smoke from the charcoal fire rose to the top of the building, and the smell of smoke and the sound of the clear stream running down the side was soothing. For the mountain woman I was looking for, I had a set meal (2,100 yen) that included deep-fried mountain woman without candied boiled vegetables. Of course with grilled salt. Everything is absolutely delicious! My favorite salt-grilled food had the belly exposed perfectly, was cooked fluffy, and the head was soft and disappeared in no time. I can eat as much fried chicken as I want. It was my first time to eat sashimi, but I was convinced that this was Yamame. The chilled homemade konnyaku tasted like a dessert when eaten with the yuzu miso. The salt-grilled food that was served later was served without a long wait, and the tea was delicious! Perfect for river fish lovers. I would like to visit you again. Thank you for the meal.

There is obviously delicious grilled yamame trout. 500 yen each. The fire is inside and you can go with the bones. I can go to my head without discomfort. You can take it home in about 10 minutes after grilling it over charcoal. I would really like to give 8 stars. I don't know about other meals.
