Shizuoka, Japan｜Nino Peperone

The atmosphere, taste, and customer service are all wonderful. It blends well with the nature and countryside of Oxys. The breeze from the fan was pleasant and we enjoyed a relaxing lunch. The three of us were full with two pasta lunches, prosciutto salad, and one pizza.

It was very delicious. I would like to ask when it is reopened again. Caprese had thick cheese and had a response to eating. The pasta was just right al dente. It was a nice atmosphere to eat Italian in an old private house.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon before opening. They said it would be difficult to get in without a reservation, but they let us in on the condition that we would just have a meal. It seems that reservations are required. So I ordered the appetizer caprese and bottarga peperoncino. Is caprese normal? The seasoning of the pasta and the way the pasta was boiled were perfect. This quality at this location is Mamma Mia. Unfortunately, you can't go there without a car, so you can't drink wine. Anyway, I recommend it.
