This shop is really delicious. If you come to Yaizu, you must have a meal here. It is worth it. The ice cream is also very unique and has a taste that can only be eaten here.

Visited on a Friday afternoon. All the staff are young and their voices are energetic and polite. Since it was still hot, I ordered Yaizu chicken tempura udon, the ultimate bonito flakes rice, and seasonal tempura (sweet potato on this day). By the way, at this restaurant, you purchase your food using a ticket machine before you are seated. A large bowl of udon, wide and thick, with grooves on the surface, a type of udon that I have never seen before. When you eat it, it has just the right amount of elasticity, and the grooves trap the juice well, making it very delicious! The piping hot chicken tempura was even more delicious than I expected. The sweet potato tempura is also large and has just the right amount of sweetness, perfect for the udon noodles. I'm also happy that they generously topping the food with bonito flakes when it's served (lol). After eating the udon, I also had the bonito flakes rice, and the flavor of the bonito flakes was amazing. When I used the free eggs to make egg-cooked rice, it evolved into the ``ultimate egg-cooked rice''! So, I also bought some freshly shaved bonito flakes for takeout, and the aroma was amazing♪ Maybe it's the best udon restaurant I've ever eaten at. It's a shame they don't have beer, but I'll be visiting again! !
