This is a restaurant with delicious cutlet! I ate a lunch menu featuring cutlets in a restaurant that has taken thorough measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. What I ate that day was torikatsu (1000 yen). The menu is pork cutlet + rice + miso soup + cabbage + pickles. I wondered what it would taste like when I rolled it into the chicken, but it was crispy and had a refreshing taste! I'm glad it's voluminous. The rice and miso soup had a gentle flavor that filled both my stomach and my heart.

The crispiness of this pork cutlet was probably the best crispiness I've ever encountered. The ponzu sauce was good, but it was the salt! Salt comes out of the pig's nose. The combination of salt and mustard was perfect. Thank you for the meal. You can refill the rice and cabbage only once.
