More Comments at Google MapVery nice little restaurant. Humiko (hope I have that right) was very welcoming and friendly. Home made meals for only 500 yen.
It was my first time visiting the store. I grew up eating yakisoba in my hometown, Gyoda City, Saitama Prefecture. My first Fujinomiya yakisoba. I googled it, decided on this store, and called to check the opening hours. Apparently it's only open on weekends now. I went there just before business hours and I was bored so I was going out with my friends (lol) I insisted and asked him to make me a souvenir. A hot iron plate. Once again, I had them warmed up and made for me. Unlike Kanto, it's refreshing. It's delicious when mixed with ginger. Since it was a take-out meal, I added a lot of white pepper, and although I usually only eat a regular sized portion, I ate the whole sized portion! Auntie, let's go eat at the counter next time.
When I was guided by the car navigation system and headed for the store, I arrived at a place that looked like a parking lot while feeling uneasy about the sign saying "I can't pass through this point". I barely guessed that something that looked like the letters “○○○○ ├|├” on the plate that was sunk into the gravel was “Yakisoba is good” and parked! When I approached it, I was relieved that there was no mistake However, there were only two parking spaces, so be careful when it is crowded. The store has the atmosphere of a local store, as if it were a private residence and a store. I received 650 yen (cheap!) with mixed eggs It's also delicious and fun to change the taste with homemade red pepper powder.
