This shop is located at the bottom of Michi-no-Eki Fuji. The "shrimp" in the restaurant's name, "Ebi Soba," refers to sakura shrimp caught in Yui, and the menu states that it is delivered directly from Yui Fishing Port. The ticket vending machine accepts 1,000 yen bills, coins, or electronic payments such as smartphones. If you don't have 1,000 yen bills, you can change them at the counter. I ate a set of cold soba and katsudon. The soba had a nice smooth texture. I've eaten a lot of soba noodles, but this may be the first time I've seen them so smooth. Buckwheat flour from Hokkaido. Sakura shrimp tempura is on it, but this is very crispy and delicious. The katsudon is bound with eggs, but it was also crispy and delicious. I think it's a matter of cost and preference, but green peas are good for katsudon...

This is a shop located on the down line of Roadside Station Fuji. There are 13 seats inside the restaurant, and there is a food ticket system (one on the toilet side). When you purchase a meal ticket, it is automatically ordered. I ordered a large serving of the beef burdock tempura soba that I always eat. Burdock tempura is prepared after receiving your order, so it may take some time to be served. The chopsticks, astragalus, and chili pepper will be self-service at the pick-up point. It is delicious to eat freshly fried burdock tempura and beef with soba. A large serving of soba costs 170 yen, but I think it's a satisfying amount. By the way, you can also eat the same menu (plus a restaurant-only menu) at Fujisan Ofukuro Shokudo, which is located on the up line. The shops on the up line are also large.
